Anxiety, sunlight, tobacco… Our skin is not only the mirror of our emotions, but it’s also that of our daily activities.
We offer you 10 tips to take care of it.
Wash your skin morning and evening

It is important to cleanse your face with a treatment adapted to your skin type, morning and evening. Cleansing rids the skin of impurities (sebum, pollution, toxins, etc.) and allows it to breathe. Favor foaming gels or micellar waters with physiological pH, without soap and without alcohol, in order to respect the balance of the skin.
For dry and reactive skin, there is very good care specially formulated.
After cleansing, use a toning lotion without perfume or alcohol, to awaken the skin’s radiance.
Focus on hydration
We can never repeat it enough: hydration is crucial if you want to have attractive skin! Moisturizing your skin after cleansing enables the regeneration of epidermal cells and restores the hydrolipidic balance of the skin. The superficial layer of the skin called the stratum corneum, thus forms with your moisturizer, a protective film against external aggressions.
Morning and evening, use a moisturizer adapted to your skin type: light for combination or oily skin and rich for dry skin. In general, you can also choose a lighter texture during the summer and a richer night care throughout the year.

Never skip makeup removal
Makeup removal must also be part of the daily gestures to have beautiful skin. Without makeup removal, excess sebum accumulates, the complexion becomes greyish and the skin dries out, leading to the appearance of wrinkles and imperfections.
Makeup removal must precede cleansing and hydration. Apply a gentle makeup remover product, without alcohol or perfume, on a cotton pad and rub the face in circular motions.
For the eyes, use a specific makeup remover. Leave the cotton on the eye for a few seconds and then massage very gently.
Bet on brewer’s yeast
Composed of group B vitamins (B1, B2, and B9) and vitamin E, brewer’s yeast is perfect for the skin, nails, and hair. It is particularly vitamins B2 and B9 that are involved in the health of the skin, vitamin B9 contributes to the regeneration of cells.
In tablets: 3 tablets to be taken 3 times a day
In flakes: 2 g of brewer’s yeast 3 times a day.
The results are visible after 3 months of treatment.
Consider scrubs and exfoliations
Exfoliating your skin once a week is required. Exfoliation removes dead skin cells that dim the complexion.
Pick a gentle scrub with micro-grains or make your own exfoliant (4 spoonfuls of fine salt for 2 spoonfuls of hazelnut or sweet almond oil, vegetable oils with moisturizing properties).
Massage in circular movements to reactivate blood circulation and revive the radiance of the complexion.
Focus on masks

There are masks for each skin type. Moisturizing, astringent, or sebum regulator, the mask should be applied to clean, dry skin and left on for 10 to 15 minutes. Then wipe with a towel soaked in lukewarm water, then rinse thoroughly with cold water to tighten the pores.
The frequency of the mask relies on the type of skin and its condition.
Warning: astringent masks used too regularly may dry out the skin. 1 time every 15 days is enough.
Pay attention to eye and lip contours
The eye contour is a very fragile area because the skin is thinner and more sensitive there. Not taking care of it can quickly give the feeling of having a “dark look”. Use specialized eye contour creams that are richer and provide sufficient hydration to the skin and protect it from dark circles and wrinkles. However, these creams are not a miracle solution: only a healthy lifestyle can give real results.
The lips are also a sensitive area. In summer or winter, with the sun or cold temperatures, they are likely to dry out. It is therefore important to employ a nourishing lip balm daily.
Drinking Water
Water maintains your body hydrated and rejuvenated and aids hold your skin’s elasticity. Individuals who drink enormous amounts of water are less likely to suffer from blemishes, wrinkles, and soft lines and they won’t show as many signs of aging as those who consume little quantities of water.
Playing Sport
In general, regular physical activity is good for your health, so it is not surprising that it is also good for the skin. Playing sports will help to clear all the toxins gathered under the skin via sweat. This will also lead to good blood circulation and cell regeneration.
Take a Beauty Break
Detox without cosmetics. Clearly, 24 hours without using products on your skin will be sufficient. It will thus be able to eliminate toxins in an optimal way and will promote cell rejuvenation. You will see the next day that your skin will look healthier and more radiant.
